Contributions are not tax deductible. You can contribute more or less than the guidelines suggest and PASS will not favor or disadvantage you by reason of the amount of your contribution or your decision not to contribute. Contributions to the PASS PAC will be used for political purposes. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
